  Looking for a hotel to regularly stay at when in the area and tried this one. There were issues beginning the first morning and continued throughout the stay. A mistake here and there is normal, more than that, along with immature, childish behaviour and being dishonourable is a no go. We can only guess ownership doesn’t want to hire and pay competent, professional, mature, respectful staff and relies on dishonourable individuals who don’t care in roles they have no business being in at the desk. It is better to be understaffed than have this from the guest’s perspective. Room was clean. We would not return

  I have stayed at this location many times never having an issue.This time my room was not as clean as usual.The inside of the fridge was dirty.The top of the refrigerator was covered in dust.. i was down that way for a special olympics.Event and my son's golf partner had ants.All around the toilet in his room i was in 114.There was a moldy smell. I was definitely too tired to deal with the situation.As we had to be at golf by 740, the next morning.. this was my fourth time staying at this exact location. It's probably not even worth fighting for some money back as I had to use disinfectant cleaner that I had with me.And clean the bathroom

  I was visiting from New Jersey with my brother and his wife, the stay was excellent specially with your employee Reddy, he was super friendly and professional. I would definitely come back and stay. A huge shout out to Reddy.

  Very easy quick on/off location from highway. Beautiful clean well appointed rooms. Very clean facilities. Good size clean breakfast room. Decent breakfast. Loved the pancake maker. Decent prices. Friendly helpful staff. Quick check in/out service.

  I had to relook to make sure I was at the same hotel as some of the reviewers - not a 5 star kind of place at all. It’s old. So it’s cleanish- but old carpet- ick- dry wall is all spackled up and patched up from repairs and to cover up things that have been moved. It’s just got an ick vibe. Lobby was a typical Best western lobby. - rooms were set up same as others - just old.
