- MWMelissa WhiteOct 22, 20254.0I’m only giving 4 stars because the evening shift girl, McKenna, was absolutely amazing, patient, and as helpful as could be. We had some minor issues that can happen to anyone, anywhere so I won’t go into specifics. However, this was all compacted by the fact that housekeeping left our door (room next to elevator at that) ajar with all our stuff inside. Luckily the doors are fire doors so it wasn’t wide open but unlocked and free to enter nonetheless. After complaining to the desk gal, we were directed to on site management, who then directed us to their GM. We have yet to hear back after a few days.

Only reason for mark down of stars was room had some minor broken items. However that being said we would still stay here again if we come back this way.

We had no Internet and this caused us a lot of issues as we needed to use it to help plan the rest of our vacation. I ended up having to hot spot to get everything done. I called the lobby and all they could tell me was that it was down and they were working on it. I asked for a discount on our room rate and was told the she could not do that, only the manager could, he was off duty, but she said she'd have him call, I reiterated that I would like to talk to him when I checked out. I'm still waiting
