- CCCindyOct 12, 20254.0This Best Western Plus exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and updated—even the hallway carpets were noticeably newer. White linens and modern furniture throughout. The continental breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. The friendly staff constantly restocked food and kept the area clean. We were very happy with the breakfast options. There’s an Applebee’s inside the hotel, though we visit it. Overall, a solid choice with no complaints.

Best Western is hands down the best place to stay in York. They provide a wide variety of fresh breakfast foods, fruits, and beverages all included with your stay. Very convenient, clean and accommodating. Totally recommend stopping in and getting a peaceful rest.
- SBSteven BurbackOct 10, 20252.0I will not stay here again. First of all, my mom checked in and everything was supposed to be changed and charged to her credit card. Yet I look a couple days ago and it was charged to mine. I booked two nights but plans changed and could only stay one night. I spoke with the front desk and the he said no problem at all,,,yet I’m still being charged for both nights. I have tried over and over to call and get this resolved yet I can never get a response. Second is the rooms are not comfortable at all. Terrible beds and loud ac. Third is the staff. I already mentioned multiple mess ups above but one of the gals working the breakfast area was unbelievable. I was there with my 2 daughters and she was the most rude and unpleasant worker I have been around in a long time. Yelling at my 7 year old to move continuously so she could get through (my 7 year old has special needs and didn’t understand). Each time she kept asking she got louder and more demanding. Long story short, here I sit with a $387 charge for two nights even though it was supposed to be 1 night after speaking to front desk and supposed to be on my mothers card…for one of the worst experiences at a hotel in a long time
