  While I didn’t personally stay in the hotel this time, I have before. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The lobby feels very homey and cozy. My place of employment housed important clients here and held a very important meeting with those clients in their large conference room. The little details were there. A great selection of snacks and drinks were there beyond what we expected. We paid for this in addition to the room rental, but the hotel offered all these services, including getting us terrific box lunches for our guests. The front desk staff was responsive before, during planning, and during our meeting. You can tell these people take great pride in their hotel. It doesn’t feel like a large chain.

  This place was a absolute nightmare!!! First the water in the shower didn't work correctly and neither did the pop machines and that wasn't the worse !!! At 1 am I heard this horrible banging that woke my daughter up and my parents next door , I jumped up terrified something was wrong then realized that our door looked cracked open ,thankfully we had the extra lock on , looked out and didn't see anyone but 40 seconds later someone was trying to get in our room !!!! Some lady that was drunk with some guys being so loud in the hall was trying to get in and was banging the door again !! I yelled that the room was occupied and she said that was her room which it was clearly not and she said said they gave her the keys at the desk all the while the guys in the hall were carrying on and yelled at me, hey is this a swingers party , let's get the party started !! My daughter was terrified!!!! I called the front desk immediately but it took awhile for them to up there to settle it down . Absolutely ridiculous!! My daughter was up all night scared because of this !! That could have ended up a very dangerous situation!!!! Had that extra lock not been on.How can u give someone keys to a room that was occupied??????? Never ever in all the years we have traveled have I ever been in such a horrible and scary situation at a hotel that is suppose to have a almost 5 star review!! Never ever again UPDATE , the manager was kind and figured out it was the lady at the desk that didn't mark the room correctly, and she has apologized and fixed everything . So for that I appreciate that she handled everything as it should be. Hopefully this helps this from happening again

  I have stayed at BW Wooster over the past several years and approx. 8 nights combined over the summer. I cannot say enough of the excellent personal service that we get - from amenities, breakfast, cleanliness. All staff is amazing - although I will mention Carol as a standout. She is very personable, friendly and goes out of her way to help with whatever is asked.

  My family and I were in town for the weekend for a wedding. The accommodations were well appointed clean and comfortable. Best of all was the staff. They were kind and helpful. My daughter left her most beloved teddy bear behind. The staff went above and beyond to find cocoa and get him back to us. I can’t imagine better accommodations available in Wooster.

  My husband and I stayed here for a wedding and we had a delightful time. The staff really went above and beyond, and we felt very well taken care of. Tammy at the front desk called us the minute our room was ready for an early check in. LaRonda made us drinks at the bar and it made our night chatting with her! A great experience that exceeded expectations.
