  Rooms are nice and clean. Some minor maintenance issues should be checked over in the rooms. Housekeeping is preformed by a competent staff. Breakfast was disappointing. Reconstituted eggs, potatoes,orange juice dispenser watered down, no real butter. Hopefully improvements will be made. Facility overall is sufficient for a reasonably priced hotel providing a safe, clean, place to sleep.

  We reserved a room on booking. For a Friday and Saturday. Tuesday morning they charged our account without authorization. Reserve at your own risk. We are supposed to get our money back, within 48 hours. We cancelled and got a better room for less somewhere else.

  Hi my Name is Micaela Penny me and my husband had a room this weekend and it started that we had to switch to multiply rooms cause they wasnt clean or the had a bad smell but we finally got a room that was good and plus we enjoyed our last visit 3 months ago. So we didnt think that we would be experiencing something different. We wasnt really in the room but wen we slept cause we hosting a suprise for my father birthday. But towards the end we start noticing bites on my arms and at first we thought it was a mosquito and we informed the front desk and they said they where full so we spayed some disaffected hoping that would work but then we woke up this morning i had more bites on my forehead like multiply in a row and at that point i knew it wasnt no mosquito. So i looked up wat would cause that and it said bed bugs and i was like really like i cant be taking this to my house so i had put all my cloths in a bag the front desk lady gave me. Wen i talked to manager she was rude and made it seem like i was lieing which she doesnt know this is the hotel we stay wen where down here like i said before we have never exprience this with this hotel. But something has to be done about this cause people spend hardworking money to be comfortable in this hotel. So i would really like someone to contact me and we can come to some kinda agreement or i will go further cause right is right wrong is wrong and this is wrong.

  Had booked a handicap room. Had very tall jetted tub. I could not safely use it. They moved me to a room with a walk in shower. Even though it was not handicap accessible it worked fine and was much safer that climbing over a tall tub. The lady that checked me in went out of her way to get me moved to another room and even helped me move my stuff from one room to the other. All staff and housekeeping personnel were very friendly and helpful. Both rooms were exceptionally clean very comfortable bed. Large TV with lots of cable channels. Breakfast was very good .

  *** this is absolutely NOT a fake review, like the business tried to say! Our stay was under my husband's name & was on August 9th 2025! We have the same last name!! I will contact this business and explain further. But to automatically say this is a fake review is ridiculous. I am a top reviewer on Google & have been for years. I have no reason to leave a fake review at this place of business. They are just trying to save themselves. Just continuing with the unprofessional treatment of their guest. Mindblowing! Also most of the recent reviews reflect the same things I am saying! Read the other reviews. See for yourself. Why would I make this up?! Eyeroll 🙄 *** When we first arrived it seemed somewhat sketchy, they appeared to have some long-term residents that were smoking marijuana outside. Not a huge deal to me, but you should be aware if you don't like that. When we got off the elevator on the third floor it was very hot and it was hot in our room too. It seems the air conditioner was not keeping up very well. The fan was not working and did not help either. There were no vents in the bathroom so it would get very hot and stuffy with the door closed, especially when you're showering. There was a massive Gap in the window and it sounded like it was open so no wonder it stayed warm in the room. My son was going to sleep on the pull out bed. They gave us no linens. I had to go downstairs and ask for linens and he didn't give me a pillow. I had to ask for a pillow. There was no mattress cover and there was blood on the mattress. There was also what appeared to be... Bodily fluids.... On the couch cushions..... Our bed was not comfortable at all. After the first night my back was hurting and I was wishing I was home in my own bed. They only gave us two lumpy pillows (1each) but we had read reviews about lack of pillows so we had brought ours just in case and I was glad that we did. We had the pool to ourselves one day and the next day it was busy, but that's okay. Housekeeping was really nice. Breakfast was decent. Our last night there my husband experienced sleep paralysis about 12 times. He saw a Spirit standing over him, a girl with wet hairand also an orb. Our son also woke up screaming for no reason. So we were ready to just get the heck out of there and we did not stay for breakfast. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend.
