The rooms were super clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place just felt welcoming. The breakfast had lots of options and was actually good, not just the usual “hotel breakfast.” The pool and waterslide were a big hit with the kids too. It was one of those stays where everything went smoothly, and we felt looked after. Definitely recommend it if you’re in the Winkler area.

- PRPam RothAug 12, 20255.0We have stayed here on 2 separate occasions, both times in the pet friendly rooms. We have a hypoallergenic dog, as my husband is quite allergic, especially with short hair dogs. Well, those rooms were SPOTLESS! This might just be the CLEANEST hotel we have ever stayed in! Check in/out was a breeze, the staff are all friendly. My only area of potential improvement is the breakfast. The food is great...when it's there. The first time we stayed we thought they were short staffed, and brushed it off. But it was the same thing this time! Food was only replenished when asked, and almost all of it was empty. We were down for breakfast around 830am, so no where near the end of service. Out of bread, all meat and few egg, no plates, forks, knives, berries in the berry container, or hashbrowns. Plates and cutlery were not stocked when emptied (they're in the cupboards should you even need to find one). It would be nice to enjoy breakfast without having to seek out staff to replace empty items. Overall a great stay!
