    Update last two days the computer broke down and my reservations were confirmed online but they kept changing the dates and did not inform me via call or text. Had a man knock on my door unannounced to hand me keys Wednesday I asked him are my dates confirmed. He was clueless. Then they changed my reservation without confirmation or knowledge until o looked at my app and it disappeared. I’ll left my card confirmation until Monday and Shauna said she’d take care of t. Instead I had to book another week because I lost my rates for the weekend so I booked another week. Then no confirmation but the keys were not working after two attempts three treks to my room and almost late to doctors appointment to remove my cast. The man at the counter was callous smiling telling me he’s going to cancel my reservation. I was no longer a good fit since they don’t like being inconvenienced which is fine but they didn’t let me in my room kept giving me keys didn’t work and I had to leave a week of gracious unattended. I was in a time sensitive issues I asked can u open the door and put my things in but instead of sorry we can’t he told me I was not a good fit. Well, if they had let me in my room, I wouldn’t have to ask him in the first place, right Times going up and down the stairs I just left my food outside and it went bad. I just lost a week of full of groceries. They could’ve just told me in the beginning they didn’t want me to My keys out but they knew I was staying for a week another week and another thousand dollars you could just let me in my room right they could’ve called me and said your keys are ready. They could’ve informed me they were switching my keys for a second Instead of doing their job now, I’m kick kicked out because someone decided not to inform me that they My reservation and that told me that my keys were gonna be locking me out to put my groceries in the rooo I am updating after s few days I was met with prejudice and discrimination in. On friendly and customer service callous and malicious behavior after my keys stoped working not one but two days . They redirect blame after ssays I could ask for help to my room with tray. Simple no is adequate not malicious behind the scenes that I’m not a good fit. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Needed a room close to hospital after a serious accident. Very warm and friendly environment. *Weston* is very approachable and easy going. Really appreciated. He makes the place so welcoming. The gal who checked me in was friendly and helped me find best room for comfort with my injuries. Thank you all so much.

    This hotel is (was) my go to spot in Sonoma County, But I am quie frustrated. Sent a simple Amazon package to a coworker staying there prior to my arrival. Amazon says signed for by reception.. hotel says never received. Two days later Best Western calls my co worker saying package was found... Really messed up our work schedule. The worst part was that whenever asking the front desk they refused to spend 30 seconds actually checking if guest mail might have arrived even though it was there the whole time. Sadness!

    Simple hotel had fridge , microwave , soaps. Had patios. Was dissatisfied with key card entry reader not working effectively.

    This place was pretty sweet. Rooms very comfortable, check in lady was super nice. Missing one star because the person in the room above me evidently weighed 300# and was packing back and forth in the room or something.
