  The manager treated us very badly. We came from Miami with a soccer team. They didn't let the children have dinner and the parents share a pleasant time in the lobby area. They have to understand that if they rent to a soccer team, they have to have special treatment or don't rent to soccer teams and that's it.

  Don’t wast you money and your vacation time they have cockroach’s in their room

  Please don’t stay, don’t ruin your vacation they have cockroach’s in there rooms when I visited last month we had to leave the second night after my son and I saw cockroach and we had to leave in the middle of the night, also bed has black little aches from these cockroach.

  Our experience at this hotel was stellar. The staff all were friendly and had amazing customer service. We were traveling with our dog so we got a pet friendly room and it was beautifully clean and perfect location to a door outside. They even have a designated place for the pups outside and provide bags and a garbage can in the grass area. Breakfast was also good! The woman working the breakfast area was on top of everything, making sure that everything was fresh, clean, and everyone had what they needed. There are about a million restaurants and places in the surrounding areas. It was hard to decided where to get lunch/dinner lol. I enjoyed the area the hotel was in and felt safe in it. We stayed for two nights and it rained all day both days so we could not go in the pool even if it were open (had a sign on it saying pool closed, not sure if that was due to the weather as it's outside) the ice machine on the first floor did not work but that was not a big deal for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows too! This was the best hotel experience we've had in a while! I would love to stay again.

  Most of the time I've had nothing but great experiences staying in different Best Westerns. I am a diamond rewards member and stay with Best Western as frequently as I can when I am traveling. This particular stay was by far the worst Best Western experience I've had they were resealing the parking lot and did not let us know ahead of time My room smelt like I was sleeping in an oil refinery and the company that was doing the work hollered and cussed at me to move my car while I was trying to check out. The pool was closed and it was 85° out in early September. The restaurant bar connected had an incredibly limited menu. I'm not sure how they were considered premiere.
