- TJTami JohnsonSep 11, 20255.0The overall it was a great place. However it was a little expensive. Not really kid friendly as far as the pool goes. It goes from 3 1/2 ft to 8 1/2 ft in a matter of 10 steps. It was amazing for adults
- LSLisa SparbySep 3, 20254.0Other I would like to know how to address a concern I have related to a bartender at the hotel bar. He was extremely rude to the bride and groom, the wedding party as well as a few other people. Due to the amount of money paid for the wedding, I was extremely disgusted in his behavior, and I am also considering giving an online review, due to this situation. Who can I discuss my concerns with regarding his behavior, both Saturday and Sunday. This definitely affected my perception of the services that the hotel provided, and there were a large number of family members that stayed at this hotel for multiple nights. At this point, if someone were to ask my opinion, as to whether or not to stay there, I definitely would mention the service in the bar and that would possibly cause me to choose another hotel, if everything else was very similar. This same bartender was working on Sunday as well and treated the parents and bride and groom just as awful. So, it wasn't just a one time event, he was very rude both Saturday and Sunday and to quite a few people. It appeared that whatever upset him (a lot of people to serve at once) carried over until Sunday.
- TTTodd TeikenAug 24, 20254.0Sticky floor in bathroom and stains on streaks on wall paper in bathroom, attached to convention center so was very loud until 11:00 p.m. and after closing pounding at doors below us at 2:30 a.m.Had to walk quite a distance on 2nd floor due to configuration but great help. When told of issue it was corrected.
