I booked this hotel because I needed an overnight stay with a shuttle to the airport. The website said they have a shuttle and they had one parked proudly at the entrance to the hotel. But upon checking in I learned they had discontinued the service. They would not refund my stay, and I had to find other means to get to the airport in time for my flight. The hotel itself is dated and under disrepair. There were fixtures in the bathroom that had fallen down and just laid there. The lamp would not stay on in the room. I asked to speak with a manager and never got a response. I would never recommend this hotel.

Very Disappointing Stay — Multiple Room Issues and Poor Service
I had a very disappointing experience at this Best Western Plus. The first room I was given had a broken air conditioner that wouldn’t turn on. I called the front desk, and they told me to wait a minute because someone would come to fix it. I waited about 10 minutes, but no one showed up. When I went down to the reception myself, the staff member acted as if they didn’t even know about my issue — and I saw them chatting on the phone instead of handling my request.
They finally changed my room, but the second room had no available outlet to plug in the microwave or refrigerator. There were also some ants around the counter. I had to go back downstairs again to report it, and they moved me to a third room.
The third room wasn’t much better — the sink drained extremely slowly, making it inconvenient to use. Overall, I had to change rooms multiple times, and the staff didn’t seem attentive or professional.
For a hotel under the Best Western Plus name, I expected much better service and maintenance. Definitely not worth the stress or hassle.

The rooms themself were great, were clean, and were super comfy, but the service from the staff was not super great.
When we got there, we were not able to check into all of the rooms for our group (mind you, our check in time was 3, we got there at 7) because they said they didn't have enough two bed rooms cleaned and ready for us at that time, even though that is what we booked. They made us wait an hour, and when we were finally able to get checked into our rooms, they still didn't give us the correct rooms that we needed and said that everything was full and we had to work with what we were given. We were luckily able to move things around and make it work, but the fact we booked 5 rooms with two beds in each and only were able to have 3 of those and then 2 with single beds was upsetting.

I don't know how this hotel received an 4 star rating.
The hotel is in need of new carpet and general maintenance.
Towel rack fell off wall first day 4 night stay. It was reported and never fixed. Every day my card key was deactivated??
Toilet would suddenly start running- then would not flush. Trash was piled in bins outside building for days without being emptied.
I had to ask for my room to be serviced - they told me it was only serviced on certain days after being at hotel 3 nights I had to insist they serviced my room. Are you kidding me!
I heard others staying at hotel complaining about maintenance in their rooms.
Elevator was in need of cleaning not just a mop across the floor.
Staff was pleasant- and was good at telling you what you wanted to hear.
Also could only get one keycard for room - stated they did not have enough to give out more.
Surprisingly bathrooms/and room when cleaned were done well.
Would not stay here again or recommend.

Our experience at this hotel was very disappointing.
Room Conditions: Our first room had a strong urine smell, so we had to request a room change. Unfortunately, there’s a general unpleasant odor throughout the hotel, especially in the hallways, likely from old carpets.
Service Issues: We had to call the front desk multiple times before anyone answered. This seemed to be a recurring issue, particularly when a young man was working. One evening, we requested towels, were told they would be delivered, but no one ever showed up. When we called again, we were told to come down and get them ourselves. When I arrived, there were two employees at the desk and no other guests, so I’m not sure why they couldn’t bring them to our room.
Amenities: Part of the reason we chose this hotel was the reviews praising the breakfast. However, the food was lukewarm and very basic, not at all worth the hype. The closet in our room was also broken, which made it unnecessarily difficult just to get an iron.
Overall Condition: The hotel is clearly in need of repairs. There were holes in the hallway walls and marks on several doors that looked like they had been forced open.
I’ve stayed at other Best Western Plus locations and had great experiences, but this one was a major disappointment.
