The managers helped with a noise situation above us and communicated in timely manner. They were great to work with and catered to different eating preferences as my family is plant based. We slept well and would definitely stay there again. My only concern would be the pool and the hot tub. The pool didn't look like it was maintained daily. My wife enjoyed the hot tub but it could've been maintained better as well.
- JTJustin TaylorAug 3, 20251.0I’ve gotta say this was the worse hotel experience that I’ve ever had. Booked a king suite with a whirlpool tub. Was told that the room was clean and vacant. The toilet had urine dried on the base and a pile of hair next to it. The whirlpool tub had scum built up on it and the jets and faucet shot out black flakes when turned on. The light in the kitchen was hanging loose from the ceiling. The counter in the kitchen had dried food on it and the fridge leaked water all over the floor. Key card needed to be used 2-4x before I could get into my room and the tv displayed no service. There were stains on the hallway carpet and the only ice machine was located on the ground floor. The pool was green and cloudy. Beds were squeaky, everything that could go wrong went wrong. The guest couch was stained with white spots. We generally don’t complain but this was bad. I used my points on this room, apparently the hotel has a towel shortage, per the note on the desk and the elevator had exposed wiring on its control panel. This establishment should not be open and servicing guests. Something needs to change.
