There are way better hotels in Wenatchee than this place. This was my second stay at this BW+, and I am a BW rewards member and have stayed at hundreds of hotels. The first stay was pretty bad, but I believe in second chances. Don't remember seeing such disregard and couldn't-care-less about customers anywhere ever.
Got in about 10 pm the first night, not a parking spot ANYWHERE. Was told to park my car along a curb somewhere and pray that it doesn't get smacked. And I wasn't the last person to check in that night. It was a mess.
Breakfast is pretty bad, but being that it was included, it is what it is. There are only about 6 tables, so many people had to stand and hold their plates while they ate. What a joke.
Headed to Leavenworth and walked around A LOT the entire day, knowing that we'd be able to hit the hot tub later that night to soothe some sore muscles. Nope.
Got back and turned the dial to turn the hot tub on and the chlorine coming out burned our eyes and we couldn't breathe. That bad. On top of that the pool area was a mess - no towels to use to dry off but a few towels were at the bottom of the pool. Like, underwater.
Went to the front desk to tell the lady behind the counter. Eventually she was nice enough to put her cellphone down to pay attention to our concerns. She said she'd call the maintenance guy to fix it. After 20 or so minutes went back out to ask her what was going on. She said he'd fix it the next day, and that it was his day off. Of course, she answered after she was able to finish her texts to whomever she was chatting with. They printed out a 1/2 piece of paper saying the pool area was closed until further notice and taped it to the door, making us SOL.
Checking out the next day, I noticed they double billed my credit card. As if that wasn't the final insult, I told the lady behind the counter that was just one of many issues we had, and instead of asking "how can we do better or make it right?", her question. "If you don't mind me asking a dumb question, but why do you keep coming back?" And that's all you need to know about this poor business. My response: "I believe in second chances, but don't worry, there won't be a 3rd." Do yourself a favour and check out the many other fine establishments in this town. This ain't one of them.

We ended up on a room on the 2nd floor, not a big deal, except it was right over where breakfast is served, and has an openish floor plan, all the noise goes straight to your room. Last night there was a loud group there until 11pm, I had to call the frint desk and ask them to do something about it.
The pool/hot tub was over flowing with chlorine and burned our eyes too badly to stay for long. The towels were empty and to had to go to the front desk for one, again, not a big deal except so many wet foot print puddles to the front desk left a slipping hazard.
The walls are paper-thin and you can hear every creek of the beds for "sexy time" in the room next door. And of course if there is a herd of baby elephants above you (aka unruly children) to will definitely hear that too.
Staff was nice, however not proactive in resolving the towels by restocking, or enforcing the quiet hours for the group in the lobby.
View from our room.

The room, as is always the case with Best Westerns, was clean but a little dated. Many of the Best Westerns in this part of the country were built decades ago, so there is some wear and tear that has become deferred maintenance. With that said, BW is a budget friendly option where you know what to expect. We'd definitely go back to this location.
