- LVLorenzo VelascoOct 19, 20254.0The rooms are kinda of generic but clean. The staff was awesome even loaned the wife a wine opener. The breakfast is cheap food but not terrible. Location though is close to everything. There's a restaurant in the parking lot that has live music on the weekends
- SKSusan KorecOct 6, 20253.0Breakfast is horrible, rooms could use a refresh, especially the bathrooms in the rooms. We have stayed here 2x and it will not be our first or second choice when we return to the area. If you're in a pinch for one night, it's ok depending on the price charged.
- JDJessica Davila-OkeefeSep 28, 20252.0The hotel was definitely overpriced ($500 for 2 nights) for what it was. First, we had no view, the window had plastic covering over it. Second, the room never really got cold no matter how low you put the temperature. Third, the deadbolt didn't fit the lock. But the worst part? The housekeeping staff knocking incessantly early in the morning (BOTH DAYS) and waking us up to ask if we needed towels. Again, we only stayed 2 days so I don't see why that was so urgent. Definitely won't be returning.

The heated pool was a great feature, and the breakfast each morning was wonderful with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location was also perfect, with restaurants and conveniences nearby. Overall, a great experience—would definitely stay again!

When I arrived for the correct date I was told I never called and I was charged as a no show. I provided proof of my call to change. They then said I was not given a new confirmation therefore I must have called them to inquire about free breakfast??? Really! I was there they could have easily just moved the charge for the room I showed up for. Zero common sense. If I could give a negative rating for service I would. Very unprofessional.
