- MTMary TienkenOct 28, 20251.0Tried for 30 minutes to speak to someone. Kept being put on hold, then hung up on after phone rang 8 times. Never spoke to anyone other than a woman immediately saying "hold please". Booked at a neighboring community which is definitely not as convenient.

After check out, I sat in the lobby all day trying to come up with some money for another night and a staff member noticed I hadn’t had anything to eat so she brings me plate of pizza which absolutely brought me back to life and made my whole day. Around 830 pm I asked the front desk worker if I could hang in the lobby until the morning, so he calls his manager and they give me back my room for another night. Wish the world would be more like these people. Made me feel more welcome then I ever felt in that apartment with my roommates.
