    The view is spectacular! The service is great! It's located in a good part of Windsor. I'm grateful that I was able to be upgraded to a room with a view of the river. Detroit looks nice from this side.

    5-Stars ALL AROUND. Special thanks to the front desk staff and especially Mr. Karim who is extremely pleasant and courteous and helpful in every way. Definitely went our of his way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. All other front desk staff were also very accommodating and courteous. Could not ask for more. Needless to say, the view from across the river is breathtaking at any time of the day. I would highly recommend this hotel to all travellers wanting to stay in Windsor.

    Please note when booking here they do not follow the franchise rules in all cases. I booked online and specifically chose to pay in advance so that I did not have to deal with it at the hotel. It allows this option on the website, it sent me an email saying I paid and owed nothing. But when here they told me they don't choose to do that at this location. Here's the thing, it was my choice on the website. I choose to pay ahead of time. They took that choice from me. Additionally, they have done a decent job of making the hotel look upper class and well done but only at first glance. The work isn't very well done. The showers are old and little pressure. Spray water all over the place. There's no vent in the bathroom so it got really foggy in the bathroom, even though the temp wasn't very high. Also, they don't have microwaves in their rooms.

    I dealt with Simranjeet at the front desk this weekend and had an extremely pleasant experience with him. He provided me the best customer service after I had a mishap occur on Expedia. He was extremely accommodating and helpful with everything he could do to help me. On top of that I had a wonderful stay with an amazing view, great experience at the Best Western 🙌🏼
