- MSMatilde SchowerOct 26, 20255.0Great quality hotel centrally located in Penn Yan. You can walk downtown in less than 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very welcoming and nice. We had a dog with us and she was made to feel at ease by the staff. As long as your dog is well behaved, the hotel is extremely pet friendly.

The eggs were better than some of the other best westerns we have stayed at. One recently taste like watered down eggs. The coffee was amazing and the homemade fried potatoes or whatever you call them in new York we're cooked to a nice crisp. We found it very nice that you had coffee all day. Overall, it was a really really nice stay. We went to Watkins Glen and that was a great day as well. So nice little trip overall. I wish we were staying longer. The check-in team was great and the checkout team was great and we inquired about some things in the area and they helped us very much at the front desk as well. Other than that, we did not interact with any other team members. We were there for one night.
