Had some issues with Expedia, but the Manager Carl was incredibly helpful. Not only did he help us out, he was very kind and friendly. Having said all of this, I saw him working the desk one evening and then saw him again the next morning...13 hours later. Hard to find people like this...I hope the owners of this hotel know how lucky they are to have a quality employee like this. We will stay here again because of Carl.

This hotel should not be a Best Western Plus. It is an old hotel, with decor that is out dated. When I stay at BW I stay only at BW Plus hotels only. This is the worst BW plus I have ever stayed at. I will check the date of when it is built in the future. It was clean. It was just old.

I frequently stay at this hotel, because it’s what my job is willing to pay for when I have to stay in this town. I’m not a fan. The beds are old, it feels like you’re sleeping in a groove that you can’t easily roll out of. The pillows are terrible. The only ones that have any level of support whatsoever feel like they are full of clumps/balls of stuffing. The wireless network is pretty terrible. If you’re up on the fourth floor, you’re just better off using your cell network with a hotspot It’s so bad. Also, recently they took all of the coffee makers out of the rooms, telling us that there’s a coffee maker in the lobby. When I asked why, I was told it was more sanitary. For starters, the coffee that comes out of those machines is terrible; it reminds me of the instant coffee machines at my local community college. Furthermore, there is absolutely no way it is more sanitary. I just shined the flashlight of my phone around the nozzle area and was disgusted by what I saw. Edit: I’ve added photos of the coffee makers in the lobby that are supposedly more sanitary than the ones in the room…

Perfect location off I99, next to a Sheetz, a Jersey Mike’s and fast access to state college. Pool and exercise room fit my needs. They even have a good store for things like chocolate bars.

What kind of a trashy hotel removes the coffee makers from the rooms? Just know, this hotel is used for airline pilots, and they have taken coffee away from them.
