- TBTeresa Branch2 days ago5.0This is Teresa @,Keith we have been at Best Western for a long while.The staff is so friendly pleasant attitude very helpful will go beyond and above to make sure you are comfortable.always been pleasant from day one I highly recommend this place.frpm the time you walk in to the floors housekeeper is so so friendly kind and see to it.ypu have what you need.the.leader Red igoes out of her way constantly to help you.she is very very outstanding.The.office staff Terrance,Deon are very very pleasant to deal will they also goes out of there way to accommodate yo.could not ask for a better staff all the guys that work on staff is excellent also Bobby Robert David etc.The kitchen. Lady is so pleasant.thanks to all of you for helping us couldn't had made it without your help.I also have 4types of cancer battling stage 4.love.ypu guys yes and a lady name Quesha is excellent.in house.keepping she goes beyond and out of her way also.Anytime I ask her for something she gets it than and there she is grand a 10 excellent
- JDJennifer Deloach3 days ago1.0BED BUGS 4 ROOMS SAME OUTCOME. I have filed reports with Health Department, CDC, Hotel booking sites, Best Western , This hotel. NO RESPONSE. MANAGERS knew this have been an issue since July 2025 , it's disgusting . I like this hotel and this management company ruined it. I will never stay at a Best Western again. People please check your rooms when you check in at any hotel. I have health issues that bed bug bites can make very painful to walk. No word on if it's been professionally treated , no word from Terrance waited them couple days , YOU NEVER CALLED OR RESPONSED TO THE ISSUE. This hotel gets a zero from me , no concern on cleanliness, customer service, or public safety. Where's my refund? I have photos , you never asked to see .

Soap scum built up in the soap dish. Lack of communication with the housekeeping staff caused a slight issue when we re-registered early yesterday morning to keep the room an extra night.

They cancelled at least 18 (that’s how many we know of from the hour we waited in the lobby) bookings on 3rd party websites over parents weekend and then tried to blame it on the booking websites. All a way to charge more for the rooms. Total gaslighting, trying to say we all cancelled our rooms. Complete BS. We were forced to book a room else where last minute, costing us a fortune.
