- TJtrudy JohnsonOct 26, 20252.0Make sure your card isn’t charged twice for a room you’ve already completely paid for before you’ve gotten there. Hopefully your room is cleaned properly. And MOST important, they have you listed as being in the hotel and gives no else a key to your room so that a stranger doesn’t walk in on you.

Curious to know who has my card info as I saw the employee type info in so now I have to check my card to make sure there’s no fraudulent charges. Nothing was done to accommodate the problem. Only explanation I received was that the employee was new. They do need to address the smell on floor three as it smells like mildew.
