- MTMary ThomasOct 23, 20251.0The first room we were sent to was totally unacceptable. You could not even touch the bed without it creaking. I reported it to the front desk and told them we could not stay there so we were removed to another room which a must better but there was still a dip in the mattress. The air-conditioning units would not stay on all night and so the thermostat on the wall would not take our room to below 74. It was a really hot night where we woke up every hour. also, the lounging furniture needed to be replaced and all of the dressers were badly scratched up. This hotel is in need of a remodel and we would not stay here again.

- JWJenny WattOct 13, 20253.0Room had several issues including no hot water at the sink. We were across from the door to the stairs which slammed shut any time someone went through. The ac unit did not work. It's not controlled by the wall controls. It read 74 in the room set at 68. I finally turned the under the window unit off and back on and the air finally came on. Room 124.

- LBLinda BrownOct 11, 20255.0This place is the hidden gem of Tupelo. The service goes above and beyond. The front desk staff is amazing. Seems like it's really paid off too, the guest all seem happy and joyful to be here. I've overheard multiple guest say they've come back here for years. Very family oriented as well. They've made a new repeat customer out of me. The rooms are super clean and you get a lot of service for the price. We'll done Best Western Plus Tupelo.
