- RBRaf Brampton5 days ago2.0The check-in was extremely slow and sluggish with lots of waiting. Not enough seats to sit. You name it, it was not happening as required. I'm sure they will have their own version, but what matters is how clients are inconvenienced and that's it that's where the buck stops ! Quality of soap in washroom like a scrubby cheap smelling cake soap 🧼 should be improved. You need more staff you need checking ready systems. Breakfast was deplorable and no better than a quality Inn or comfort inn. It' was pretty poor. Online reviews about this hotel are overstated and arranged in a way that makes this place look better

Shuttle was great, check-in was the quickest I’ve ever experienced, with them expecting me off the shuttle. The gentleman handed me my key after a simple signature and I headed straight to bed. The bed!!! It was the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in in ages. Thank you for a great (albeit short) night’s sleep.

The hospitality was exceptional, with friendly and responsive reception staff always ready to assist. The airport shuttle service was seamless, and the diverse, hearty breakfasts were a highlight. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, and the constant availability of tea and coffee in the lobby was a delightful touch. The hotel’s convenient location made our trip even better. We wholeheartedly give this hotel 5 stars and will happily recommend it to anyone!
