All except one of the front desk women and one of the overnight desk men. They took my credit card for a deposit, and would not give me a receipt showing the deposit being put back onto my account. When pressed the man gave me a blank print out of a receipt and would not allow me to take a picture of the screen showing they are refunding my account. Super sketchy. I don't trust them one bit. Is it not a law to provide receipts for these types of transactions? I will be pursuing this further. The room had a burnt out light bulb, a man's name on the tv welcoming him, what that was scary for a single woman staying alone, the bathtub would not drain, there was hair over the floor and bathtub too. Food crumbs under the bed and it was extremely uncomfortable. If you have a choice do not stay here. The fridge is wobbly, it needs a window that opens. By the end of my stay I couldn't breathe in the room anymore. It was very very stuffy. The bedspread had a hole in it too. Basically not a pleasant experience. But I do not fault the staff at all, they are kind except for the woman who checked me in and the man who checked me out. Super passive aggressive. Stay away from this hotel until they get new management.

- DLD LSep 29, 20251.0Very misleading from their reservation department when it comes to accepting debit cards. Went there thinking they do and the front desk said they didn’t! Unfortunately they were nice enough to refund me but at the same time a good thing I checked the other reviews for the bed bug experiences. Good thing It went the way it did and found elsewhere where they accept debit! Response back: no actually they said they did in fact accept debit when I did call that department maybe you missed that part at the beginning of my sentence? Also I did have proper government identification. I’m just basing this from experience from that area maybe they should be more accurate next time and say they only take credit cards in check in’s which they did not confirm that part.
