- MCMarcus Clare4 days ago1.0Our flight was cancelled and they were unable to refund or change our room rate to a standard as opposed to the parking. Given the situation at 5am the empathy was not there and was unfortunate. Won't stay here again
- CJCee JayOct 26, 20253.0Check in was smooth and rhey have a restaurant on sitea ns fitness room. They offer free breakfast but starts too late. Ok for brief stays. Room was clean but dated.

- DBDylan BrinksOct 19, 20251.0Terrible, I don’t normally write a review but in this case I am. We stayed here before we flew out the next morning and we woke up with bed bug bites all over. The dinner took about half hour before they came to even ask what we wanted to drink… we were the only ones in there! We came back from our trip and was told to call when we get our bags they will come pick us up. We did and they said nope we are on a schedule every hour. (Even though I have the written out note they gave that told us they pick us up right away. I definitely don’t suggest staying here and will definitely not be coming back. In response we did tell the front desk our issue they said they will be looking into it…. We all came from different households and never had any problems with bed bugs before but all got the bites in the room throughout that night. We can also provide photos with time and location stamps to your company upon request. That’s unfortunate they didn’t find an issue with the room as there clearly was one for us as we showered before we slept and didn’t have an issue with anymore bites over our 7 day vacation when we were in another hotel.
