  Room was ok but worn. Beds were lumpy. Dinner was ok. Breakfast was served 6am to 9am. We were there at 8:15 and breakfast was nonexistent . There was only 4 slices of bread, some hard sausages and a few home fries. People had to go to front area by service desk for hot water. Had to ask for plates and napkins. When asked for eggs they told us what was there was all they had. We went to McDonalds. Would not recommend this hotel

  Me and my team have been here since May. This staff from the manager Kaitlyn, and Tiff at the desk, providing us with effortless check-ins, to the wonderful staff who serves us our great meals while we're away from home; Shannah, Debbie, Chelsea, Toby, Jake & Kaylee always do a wonderful job at everything they do supporting my team while away from our family. This team at the Best Western Ticonderoga the Best we've had while being on the road, and we've been on the road quite a bit. Thank you

  Over priced not impressed. Don’t be fooled by there website Rooms are small and outdated mildew smell . Sofa needs a deep cleaning and you sink in when you sit. Carpets are stained. Rooms are very dark This is definitely not a 4 star rating
