  Very nice property! Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast better than expected! Location convenient to Interstate. I'll be back!

  We so pleasantly surprised by the service level at this hotel from the really pleasant young man at 11pm to the gracious lady setting up the breakfast. Really one of the best places we stayed on our roadtrip.

  Stopped in at his place at the recommendation of my niece on my way from SC to Ct. Thankful to her for finding this place as I did not know how far I would get before I had to stop and had NO reservation. I don't know if I was dead tired and just happy to find a place to rest or if it was really that good. The staff at the desk was welcoming. The bedding was so comfortable. Sheets were soft and warm, mattress was good and I even found a pillow I actually liked. Breakfast offered many options and had a lovely lady attending the breakfast area who even came around with warm pastries. I enjoyed my stay so much, I stopped there again on my way back and realized that it was just a great place and not an illusion because I was so darn tired on the way up. If I ever make that trip again, I will be back.

  There is not enough money in the world for me to ever stay at a Best Western again. Horrible treatment by front desk staff - threw insults at myself and my family in front of small children, refused to write down her name or the manager’s, and she put her hands on me when I took a pic of her name tag. I filed complaints with the manager (no return phone call) and with corporate (no return call). Do NOT stay here.
