    Lots of Mold in the room, ants were crawling all over the room, smoke detector battery was dead, so it was just going off all night. Worse hotel ive stayed in

    We recently booked 2 rooms here and it was bad from the start. In our room the toilet seat was falling off and toilet wouldn’t stop running and one of the closet doors was about to fall off. The second room for our in-laws the toilet was broken and the room smelled very bad. The staff moved us to another floor to 2 new rooms. The moment you stepped off the elevator all you smelled was cigarette smoke. The source of the smell was the new room they were moving us to. They put an ozone machine in the room while we went to eat and assured us it would take care of the smell. The smell was just as bad but just a different smell. The bathroom fixtures in both rooms were old and just getting them turned on by pulling up, you felt like you were going to pull the faucet off the sink. The front desk said they knew about the smell because they had to force the previous occupants out for smoking. Why would they not fix these problems before letting new people deal with this. Very poor management.

    Review for stay 6/15-6/18 2025 Stay at your own risk, I was here for 3 nights. The first 2 nights was fine, no problems at all. However, the very last night there was 2 bugs I’ve found in my room. One was a huge cockroach, I took pics and complained to the front desk. The first bug I didn’t mind, but when I saw a cockroach crawling around I couldn’t stand it. However, they could not do anything but move me to a different room. This was at midnight and it would have been such a hassle to pack my things, go to another room such late at night as I had work early morning. I asked for a reimbursement for only 1 night I had bug problems with, they could not do it because they claimed it was booked through a 3rd party. I reached out to my 3rd party and they needed written confirmation to approve the 1 night refund. I emailed best western but no response. Currently in a dispute with my bank and I’ve provided all necessary documents for them to approve this. I don’t think I’ll be back here due to the mishandling of this issue. Wish the hotel manager would have offered me something fair rather than moving to different room such late at night on my last day here.

    Room 203 had a musky smell and we found three roaches one on the headboard, one in the closet and one on the wall. We immediately called the front desk and checked out. This hotel is very outdated and dirty. 9/7/2025
