    The hotel itself is awesome! Great location, clean rooms and USUALLY very quiet. We’ve stayed at this new hotel a few times and never a problem; that being said, they do rent rooms to school groups…. And this one group of kids were awful! Slamming doors, being very loud…however, the front desk said they couldn’t hear or see anything! Very poor customer “ service” . Employees need a little more training!

    Rooms are old needs to be renovated, no shower pressure. There's not an app to check in everything is a manual process. Forget about having enough soap to bathe with, you will get one bar of soap, one bottle of shampoo and conditioner which is very small. If you're staying a few days you may want to bring your own soap, shampoo and conditioner.

    In town for a college visit. Had a situation where my wife left a very sentimental item in the room upon checkout. After a long trip home the next morning realized the error and reached out to the hotel. Maria, Elvia and Claudia were a team and searched out and found that small but meaningful item. And Fabiola kept us in the loop with great communication. We then were able to have that item sent to our home. This has made my wifes week. Fantastic work by these 4 individuals. Service is impeccable. Thank you again.

    Omg so disappointed. I let front dest manage about my 119 room was krazy the bed sheets were damp really bad wet?? Said the general manage said not to dry all the way ..Never have I heard this all the rooms house keeper supervisor show me where wet damp then tv couldn't heard the volume the housekeeping have ut on there ph;( " finally one airl work front desk same was the onlv one who tried to help me moved me n she felt tge sheet n pillow were wet damp whatever and it was 8 am housekeeping where coming in and cooking there eggs and getting bananas they weren't any for us customers eggs on the line were almost gonna the lady in kitchen couldn't cook more because house keeping superior n all were making them over easy eggs NEVER ALL THESE YEARS IVE STAY IT WASNT LIKE THIS SAD MAG DUDNT DO ANY THING ABOUT IT EVERY ONE WALK WITH EAR PH ON AND MAKE EXCUSE ABOUT ROOMS ..THIS MONTH AND UNSATISFIED AND NOONE EVEN AN APOLOGY.
