- ADAmy DickOct 8, 20255.0Great hotel — clean, quiet, and super comfortable. The room was spotless, staff was friendly, and everything worked like it should (which is more than I can say for most places 😅). Definitely one of those spots you actually don’t mind staying in again.

The property is very well maintained, well lit & paved with cobblestones of some sort, staff is friendly & helpful, has adequate parking, cool clean clear pool, & also has like an outdoor/indoor cooking & prep area with stove & grills. Indoor as well as outdoor rooms. Also has a car wash for guests to use. I could continue on but this would def be a top contender for recommendation to anyone needing a nice place to stay over night or for an extended period. It is close to the interstate but like I said we've stayed here several times (we have stayed in & outdoor rooms) & I didn't even acknowledge it until I left the hotel each day.
- EHErnie HeyekAug 23, 20255.0This hotel is a must stop if you are staying in Pecos!! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, rooms are very comfortable, strong showers (if you know you know). Oh this is not your normal Best Western Plus!! It's so much better than any other Plus we stayed at!! My wife and I have a joke saying all the other BW Plus hotels should really be Minus!! Haha They are nice hotels, but NOT like The Swiss Chalet in Pecos.

Truck parking in back for 18 wheelers like myself. I highly recommend this place...white collar service for a blue collar price!

We had to take a load off after a long day of driving and this place was just the right spot. Room was clean, service was exceptional, and complimentary breakfast served in the restaurant was amazing. Only reason for the 4-star rating was the toilet in our room was leaking from the tank (mgmt was made aware) and the outdoor pool was not working due to maintenance issues. Would stay here again if given the choice.
