- KKKaylaSep 22, 20252.0We stayed for 3 nights to visit family in the area. The hotel itself appeared to be clean at first, however, the room was very disappointing. It smelled of mildew and everything in the room felt damp. I noticed spots of black mold on the lampshades on our last night there. I'm not sure if it was all the rooms on the 3rd floor with that issue, or just ours, but they definitely need to look into that. The breakfast is decent and the people working at the desk were friendly. The location was perfect for what we needed, but that was about it. Based on my stay, I don't think I would suggest this hotel to anyone unfortunately.
- HCHunter CooperSep 20, 20254.0This Hotel is Pretty Nice for a Best Western. The Staff is super friendly with their service being pretty good, there are a few things why I didn’t give it 5 stars. 1. The Spray that they used in hallways and rooms is strong however it isn’t the worst in the world. 2. The Supposedly Thermostat doesn’t work period. 3. The toilet seat is a bit loose. 4. No Soda/Snack Vending Machines in any floor even if the signs said so. (They may be added back but not sure.) But otherwise this is a good hotel for the area. (Extra) This included Picture shows the 3rd floor air conditioner close to the ice/vending machine is busted. I would replace that unit because it gives a bad image to the Hotel)
- TNTammy NowellSep 3, 20254.0Close to perfect as I've had. Smelled good immediately, even in our room. Our room was perfectly clean. They worked w us on the internet price, even got it lower. Tried Hampton in first, nope, come down to $180, which was the rate. I just wanted a clean place at the beach to sleep. Will def be back here. Everyone so far is super duper nice.
