- CBClifford Boyum2 days ago1.0Pretty crappy Best Western refuses the cancel even when you have a death in the family. I know they have a policy, but they should at least work with you under an emergency.

- KLK L5 days ago5.0I've stayed here three times. Rooms all face Lake Superior. Clean, not worn down, and the staff is pretty helpful (check-in and during brunch). Great location. Expensive for a Best Western, but still a decent value.
- SSScottOct 25, 20255.0This is a great hotel with fantastic views of sunrises. These were taken off our balcony without any filters. The free breakfast is quite good and pets are allowed when you stay. We brought our dog for the first time and she did great. There were other dogs as well at the hotel and it was quiet. We will be back.
