  Incredible hotel in West Hollywood! Very golden, Very sweet! Very Hollywood! Very Grand! I would say it is one of the best hotels on Sunset Blvd ✨🤗❤️ May Jesus bless you whoever reads or sees this today, always remember that God loves you and that you matter! And take my word on this hotel it's phenomenal 🏆❣️

  We arrived at the port after a cruise. It took our taxi 1:15 to arrive at the hotel. The. Next day we had to go to LAX, again over a 1:15 taxi ride. Conclusion: We should have booked a hotel closer to the airport.

  Habitación muy amplia que incluía cafetera, microondas y nevera. Las camas muy cómodas y la piscina muy bien. El parking conecta con el hotel y siempre había espacio El desayuno estaba bueno aunque poca variedad y lo único malo que hay muy pocas mesas. El servicio de limpieza de habitación hay que pedirlo

  The lack of information provided about renovations was not acceptable. Not one mentioned at check in that the pool would be closed. No emails about the upcoming reno's despite booking directly with Best Western. The only information I could find online stated that renovations were to begin on October 7th. Had we known the facilities would have been closed, we would have booked somewhere else. Unfortunately not worth how much we paid for the stay.

  Carlos at the front desk completely made my experience. He has worked at the hotel for 18 years and he certainly knows what the customers want/need! Location is 10/10. I had a standard king room and it was huge. Bathroom was nicely renovated. Buffet breakfast was delightful and varied. Will definitely stay again.
