Good clean hotel. Rooms are modern. Friendly staff. They have parking for trucks. I will note that despite the area "appearing" to be shady, it's really not bad. They have good fencing around the property, also very good hotel security 24/7 and right down the road from Nashville PD Headquarters.

Ended up staying here after a bad experience at an air b and b and at first it was alright until the morning we went to leave we noticed a bed bug crawling across the bed we just slept in! When we confronted the manager about it Mr. Sanjay Pete he told us we were free to believe that there were bed bugs but we have pictures of it! If there’s one there’s hundreds I recommend not staying here for the cleanliness sake!

We arrived at the hotel and within an hour noticed that our toilet wasn’t working as it should. We notified the front desk. They brought us a plunger and told us that their maintenance guy would be here around 6pm. We waited around for him for about 20 minutes, he didn’t show up. We called down again and they said he was on his way but they weren’t sure when he would be here. They sent another guy up and he said the toilet was fine. Although I showed him that the tank was not filling up as it should. He stood there and told me that there was nothing wrong with the toilet, making it seem as if I’m lying. When I threw a piece of toilet paper in there, it didn’t go anywhere after being flushed. He said they would come fix it. We left the hotel to give them time to fix it and came back and it still wasn’t fixed. The hotel would not switch our rooms, to give us one of the basic necessities, a working toilet. While in the lobby for approximately two hours trying to get this sorted out, we noticed a cat hanging around the lobby. It was a friendly cat but we weren’t sure what it was doing in the hotel as it’s not pet friendly. Finally the workers decided they were going to get it out by dragging the chair it was sitting on and dumping it out of the chair. The cat, now scared, jumped off and ran back into the hotel. They told us they were calling animal control. We then watched the worker go after the cat with a broom and throw it at the cat. Then when confronted about his behaviour he said that he did it because the cat shouldn’t be in here. After all of this, we went to use our room keys and they were deactivated. We had to go down three times (each day of our stay) to get them reactivated. In terms of cleanliness, the hotel has an awful musty smell. With all this being said, choose another hotel because this one definitely ruined our vacation.

This wasn’t the worst hotel but it was not well cleaned and not in a good area of Nashville. NOT WORTH THE PRICE I PAID. They had a random cat in the front lobby when we got in, it seemed like a staff members and not a guest’s which made us question the cleanliness of their space including the breakfast area. There were many people with no homes walking around outside both during the day and at night, it’s also next to a bus stop and a strip club. The staff were very sweet but the rooms were dirty. Everything was very dusty (not light dust, but caked on and clearly not wiped down often) including the vents, the mirror was never wiped down (there was even a mascara smudge still on it from the people before us) and the floor seemed like it hadn’t even been vacuumed. The sheets and beds seemed clean but everything else was kind of gross. There was a hole in the ceiling barely being held together by tape. The fridge also wasn’t working. Over all it wasn’t a horrible place to stay for 2 nights especially if you’re out most of the time but if you have the money to go somewhere else I would highly suggest doing so. It did NOT feel worth the cost.

The Lady at tge front desk was nice. That is tye only good thing I can say about my stay. We stayed on the second floor, and immediately ypu are greated with a very strong smell of mildew in the hallway. Once I got to my room, the smell was even stronger. There was mildew in the picture frames. The TV would not connect to the wifi. We got to the room later than we wanted, we were in Nashville for a concert. So we just dropped our items off and went straight to the venue. The next morning when we woke up, as I was gathering our things, I noticed a white powder behind both of tge beds. The white powder is what is used to kill bed bugs!!! We had no signs of bites on any of us, but I will not be staying at this hotel again!
