  To start off, I had pre booked a queen sized bedroom for 2 nights, but I put it to the option for me to pay at the hotel. When we got there I was not informed that there was going to be a 50 dollar hold on my card on top of the 250 that was originally priced for the room. Although it is not an actual charge it would have been nice to know before paying rather than a lousy small sign to the right of the front desk. Saying that this was a new policy and that it would take 7-10 business days for it to be placed back on my card. Next, when we actually got to the room we inspected it and the bed like any other person would, but we found bugs on the walls, EW!! We call front desk and although they did give us another room, the new room was such a downgrade from what I paid for! The room was half the sized I originally booked for, didn’t have a microwave or a phone to even contact someone from front desk and on top of that the room didn’t even look like it was cleaned. The refrigerator was still dirty. Maybe it was my fault for not looking at the reviews on this place before booking. Usually I am not one to complain but this place is NOT worth the money. Huge disappointment to say the least.

  had an issue with the A/C but gentleman in the front desk came & checked it out to see if he could fix the problem, didn’t work out either ! but he had no problem changing us rooms ! Great Stay, very quiet hotel !

  The place looks nice but unfortunately the customer service is very poor. I went down to ask for shampoo yesterday morning to take a shower before leaving. The customer service told me that they would bring it to me in a few minutes. We waited for about an hour but no one brought us any shampoo. Unfortunately, we left the hotel without taking a shower. It is not civilized and we felt frustrated. I have never seen such treatment in my life. In addition, the elevator is not clean and has a disgusting smell and reeks of marijuana.

  Very disappointing. It advertises a mini fridge.. it's there- but doesn't work. There is no fan in the bathroom... so there is mold on the walls and ceiling. The broken mini fridge was moldy. Its pet friendly- which would be great but there was dog shit on the hall carpet. The outside of the building is disgusting . Cigarette butts everywhere. Smells like a porta potty. The garbage outside and inside the lobby was overflowing with trash on the ground. There was one front staff guy and he was rude and not helpful. The phones in your room don't even work too reach the front desk. You had to go downstairs and hope someone was around. I was there for 16 hrs and did not see one cleaning person. I would not step foot in there again.

  Great location esp if you're there for hockey. Can walk to the rink and Sheetz. From the outside the hotel looks decent, but inside, it was pretty filthy. The elevators were disgusting, the floors hadn't been vacuumed in probably weeks (we were there for 2 nights, never saw or heard a vacuum, another member of our party had dog hair on the carpet in their room), mold and peeling celing in the bathroom, broken toilet paper dipensers, etc. They gave us 2 bath towels and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner for 4 people. No body wash or lotion, so we had to go buy some. They "ran out" of garbage can liners. I felt terrible for the employees, the same man working at the desk for 2 days straight and lines of people waiting to check in. Not a maintenence person to be found with the lobby bathrooms soap dispensers all empty, garbage overflowing, no coffee cups in lobby, and lobby toilet clogged, yet 4 employees later came knocking at our door to ask if we needed more towels (yes, we did-- but why 4 people doing this job with so many other things overlooked?) The rooms themselves are TINY, with a tiny bathroom and single sink with barely any counter space. Breakfast was okay, but we had more selections at another hotel just 20 minutes away. Elevators were contantly out of order, some that didnt work during our entire stay, leaving just 2 working elevators for a huge hotel is crazy. Ice machine on our floor was not functioning either. Overall, just a terribly managed hotel. Perhaps it falls to ownership who wants to cut corners. This is your warning...do not stay at this hotel.
