DO NOT STAY HERE! The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Air con is so loud, sounds like a truck running the entire time it’s on! The air con’s above each room leak and when I asked them to fix the leaking noise we can hear 24/7 and after raising this with concierge 2 times to have it looked at, when I spoke with the supervisor we were told towels are laid down to absorb the dripping noises but the aircon above us is broken and the drip can’t be stopped. They did offer us an upgrade and 1 night refund, but we were 2 nights in and already unpacked 7 bags of luggage, did not want to waste time moving to another room. There was days where only house keeping made only 1 of 2 beds and did not leave fresh towels, we had to go to the pool to get towels to shower. Breakfast hall is so small for the amount of guests, you cannot get a seat. 2 nights in a row the fire alarm went off at 1am, both false alarms and no communication with guests as to why. Spend some money and stay elsewhere, you do NOT get what you pay for here, you would get more for your money at a 2 star motel! This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

Finding the entrance was no fun right off the bat because there was an area barrier. But soon, I realized all the entrances were that way. Then the check-in was not friendly just a careless attitude. They give you a paper entrance key for the gate that works only once out of three times. The rooms were outdated, and there was not a full breakfast only continental, they were going to charge twenty-five dollars for parking when my reservation said twenty. It's not central air so the box air took a while to work right forget about watching TV because with no instructions it's a joke. It was a good thing our party of four came in one car the park was full. My husband is handicapped so we found on thank goodness.

We stayed here for a conference and it was perfect. Had a great restaurant right next door that we ate at many times. We loved the hot tub and sat in it and watched Disneyland fireworks. The staff was amazing and helpful. Breakfast had lots of hot options and very clean. We will stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights. The staff are very welcoming and approachable. Staffs are also helpful. Morning breakfast is also lovely. They have different options everyday. They have coffee machine and water in the reception area for free. Location: safe and quiet area. 15-20mins walk going to security gate of downtown Disney and from the security gate 5mins walk to the Disney train/tram or you can walk for another 10-15mins walk going to the entrance of Disneyland park. Room: is a bit old. Beds are clean. The only thing is that the carpet is a bit dirty and the air con is also bit noisy but doesn’t bother us. I would love to come back and stay again in Stovallis inn.

I would definitely stay here again for future Disney trips. The walk to Disney is an easy one and I felt safe going back and forth as a solo traveler. The parking per night felt a little steep but I suppose compared to parking in the Disney garage, which is now $40 a day, it wasn’t too bad. The front desk people and maintenance/cleaning staff were all very nice and cheerful. I didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast this time but I would if staying again. Getting in and out of the parking lot when I did need to drive somewhere was a bit challenging with the ticket you insert but other than that no major complaints.
