- RGRose GarciaOct 17, 20255.0My family and I stayed here for a family trip. The manager Sonia Olvera helped us check into our rooms. She’s so sweet and kind. The rooms were big and spacious. They were clean and the bathroom had enough supplies. The breakfast was amazing. My family and I had a great time, everything was near, which made it 10x better. I’m for sure coming back here. The rooms were reasonable prices.

The room service was great too. Needed change for the laundry room and I meet the manager Sonia Olvera and she was great and helped me out. Recommend staying here.
- SWScarlett WattersOct 5, 20252.0Booked this room straight through the Best Western website and NO WHERE did it mention that the elevators were out “ due to a storm” y’all my son goes to college here and the storms were almost 3 weeks ago. You mean to tell me you couldn’t get this addressed or even mentioned on your booking site in that amount of time? The location to the school is great, but at the prices they ask for this hotel , you’d expect it to be better taken care of. Definitely do not get room 213 as mentioned in other reviews, every time the doors downstairs open , it sounds like a herd of elephants is coming thru the room. The downstairs side doors wouldn’t work with the room key and the poor girl running the desk was alone and overwhelmed. The bathroom at the pool was locked even though the pool was still open, and a dirty towel was laying on the bottom of the pool. The grounds looked like someone mowed over trash and flung it everywhere. As I am a seriously picky person about the cleanliness of the room I’m about to sleep in, I have to admit ours was clean and the bed seemed comfortable. It’s just unfortunate because this place has potential to be a great place to stay, but there needs to be some serious revamping and or upkeep. Maybe some new management would make a difference.
- CCCTTVOct 3, 20255.0Everything about this place was great except for the elevators. They had them turned off due to a recent power shortage or something, and I was on the fourth (aka top) floor. But it was clean, the room smelled fine, the AC worked, and it was easy to check in. The woman at the front desk was really friendly and gave me restaurant recommendations when I asked her for them. The place does have a free breakfast, which I glanced over, but didn't see anything appetizing.
