  The rooms and everything is up today and styled nice but the service is absolutely terrible. The room we stayed in had bed bugs, black mold on the curtain above the AC unit The floor still had candy and popcorn on it not mopped. We rented out of common area and when they double booked the staff pestered us to move out early asking when we were done.. stating we paid for 4 hours I told them we'll leave when that 4 hours is up she stood there looking baffled like that wasn't a good answer. Literally all the garbage cans were still full from days of trash around the whole building. Disgustingly ran.

  I always check pet fees when traveling with my 2 dogs. I chose this hotel because the Best Western app said the fee was $25 per night. At check in I was charged $25 per pet/night. I questioned this and was told that it was in the fine print of the Terms and Conditions. Also the potty area for the dogs was bit great. Don’t stay there if you have dogs!

  Unfortunately the bar and restaurant is permanently closed.and doordash isn't fun to talk to! Awesome hotel but the real reason i stopped was because of the bar and ample parking for semitrucks. If im attached to a trailer I'll stop here, but if im not, im gonna look else where. I really don't like doordash unless I have to. Thier awesome people mind you but I like in person chat and at a bar drinking what ever. Non or with alcohol. I like the choice.

  Honestly one of the most mediocre hotels I've stayed at in a long time. Not bad, but below the general standard that you find at best western Plus. The hotel has a unique layout, with the pool in the center of the hotel and rooms overlooking the pool, however, the pool makes the entire hotel humid and damp. The room AC was turned down to 64 to (poorly) compensate for the humidity, leaving the room freezing and yet still damp. Our first king room had stained sheets and we were given a queen room instead. Both rooms were old (which is fine), but especially the king room did not match the hotel photos, which were made to look newer or showed a more modernized room than we were given. Bed in new room was clean, but damp and with one tiny old blanket, no comforter. Dingy chair in king room, chair in queen room was newer and slightly cleaner. Microwave was broken in our room and made a very loud noise, bedside lamp and cable channels only worked part of the time. Several items in breakfast room out of order, water cooler in gym out of order. Big loud carpet drying fans running in one hallway. Overall, just not a pleasant stay. But mostly clean and safe feeling. Staff was friendly and helpful.

  This property is clearly being run by an ownership that is not investing in the facility or staffing. The complimentary “breakfast” was wiped out 60 minutes after it opened with no staff in sight. Half of the equipment had “out of order” signs. No bowls for oatmeal or cereal. There was no coffee. No. Coffee. We stayed here because it was pretty much the only option available in the area. With no other options available, it was fine. And that’s the ONLY way I’d willingly stay here again.
