Made sure to call the hotel and make sure check in was possible without his name matching my card that was paying. Was told by an employee it was fine he would be ok. Fast forward to today I call to make sure things are good and the man working proceeded to tell me no it couldn't happen I would need to cancel my reservation. When I tried to explain that it was too late to cancel it without being charged he decided to be a tough guy over the phone and became of no help. He wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. Disrespectful and ignorant. My reservation will be canceled and my business will go elsewhere.

A lot of noice from other’s people room the three nights I stayed there. Lacking on cleanliness but at least the room was cute and comfortable. Kind of disappointing coming from Best Western
