  We have stayed at many Best Western Plus hotels. The staff here were unfriendly and borderline rude. I asked fot the rewards phone number and the young man at the desk could not be bothered to look it up. The cook for breakfast was very nice and helpful. We checked out late and the lady was okay and gave my husband receipt I will consider a different hotel if we visit that area again.

  We have had an absolute horrible experience here with the customer service and hospitality at this hotel. When we checked in at the hotel the receptionist was extremely rude and immediately met us with a very off putting attitude. While saying my phone number he said “say that again and don’t look the opposite direction this time”. He very easily could have politely asked me to repeat myself. At the end of the night when we went to go to sleep we turned off the lights and noticed that our fire alarm was blinking a green light. This is both disruptive for our sleep and dangerous to have fire alarms that do not have updated batteries. When I called the front desk to ask them for assistance he said “you’ll have to wait to deal with that in the morning”. When I explained I’d like for the issue to be taken to a manager he hung up on me. We are now staying in a room with a fire alarm with no battery and he told us “there is no fire so go to bed”.

  Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Neat airport and close to restaurants.

  I was switched to three separate rooms between two floors before deciding to checkout because there were bugs in every room. Second and fourth floors to be exact.

  Housekeeping makes way too much noise slamming doors,etc when some guests are not checking out u should not disturb them. The housekeeping don't read English well. I had a do not disturb sign on my door and they knocked and tried to come in anyway and it was only 10am. U can't get no rest here I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. And when we checked in there was hair in our shower in plain sight, when I worked for Marriott no hair would have been tolerated, I guess standards here are not that high! There's a nice double tree hotel right across the street. Next time I come this way that's where I'll stay!!!
