I anticipate management will reply with generic response apologizing for failing to exceed my expectations. They actually failed to meet my most basic bare minimum expectations. Old does not have to mean dirty. Save the excuses and do something about it. I would challenge corporate management to stay there one night with their own family. This review is not an indictment of the staff but of the people who own and operate this property. I am bery unlikely to ever stay at a BW property again.

I want to give Chris an extra thanks for being such a nice and helpful person. House Keeping is a little noisy in the mornings but they do a good job.
