Two of the three folks at the front desk during our stay were rude. But one was really nice and helpful. Overall, alright stay for a night or two. Clean.

People need to pay attention to the information being put out, yes it’s under renovation so some features aren’t available but they are doing everything they can to make your stay wonderful.
- BHBetty “Vegan2009” HammondsSep 14, 20252.0Hotel Undergoing Major Renovations! Never Ever Again!!!! We were here over Labor Day Weekend for the Kitsap Blues Festival (a must go to by the way!). The location was perfect and room had a great view! Except the thermostat didn’t work and it was stuck at 66 degrees. It wasn’t exactly a warm weekend which made it more uncomfortable. Unfortunately they couldn’t address it until the next day. But they did give us extra blankets in the mean time. Then on Saturday after being at the dusty fair grounds all day we find out there is no hot water. Not just in our room but in the entire hotel. They told us it would likely be fixed by 11am Sunday morning. Then on Sunday they said they couldn’t find a part and the hot water would not be fixed until Monday after we checked out. We really needed/wanted showers and spoke to the front desk about checking out early and receiving a refund. They assured us we could and we would get a refund. However it turns out they revoked the refund by corporate. And after fighting with them for a week I gave up. Not only will I never book with this Best Western, but I won’t book with any Best Western. Because in the end it was corporate that denied the refund.
