- JGJennifer GannOct 11, 20255.0Another wonderful experience at Best Western. Our family of four stayed here for a long weekend visit to RMNP and had plenty of room. We didn’t need fresh towels every day but pleasantly surprised to get them everyday. The hotel is also within reasonable walking distance to downtown if you don’t want to try to find parking. My favorite thing about this hotel is the ceiling fans. I wish every hotel would install them. Overall five star experience for the hotel!!!
- DSDiane ScottOct 9, 20251.0Will NEVER stay here again! Made reservations in July for October stay. Was assured we would have ADA room at ground level for easy access to room. My husband has mobility issues. We didn't get readily accessible room. We were placed on 3rd floor with elevator access only! Thank God there was no emergency since my husband cannot negotiate stairs! Also I made reservation in MY name but was refused check in because reservation had been made in my husband's name. He had to get out of car with his mobility issues to check us in! TERRIBLE experience!
- KKKristenSep 27, 20255.0When I started researching for our stay in Estes Park, I read the reviews for this hotel and feared the "if it sounds too good to be true..." But the 2 king beds for our party of 4 was so enticing I went ahead and booked here. I rarely leave reviews for anything but to not give the staff at this hotel the kudos they deserve is criminal. From the front desk staff, to the manager we interacted with (not due to a problem but because he wanted to ensure we were happy), housekeeping that did a fabulous job keeping our room stocked and tidy-looking by making the bed daily. The kitchen staff that never seemed to rest and were always pleasant. Even the building maintenance crew we witnessed sanitizing the pool deck and who were eager to help when they saw us with some trash we needed to throw away. Such amazing hospitality. As for the accommodations, a room with a view of the Rocky Mountains, comfortable beds, a hot, delicious breakfast, and easy access to everything in town - we simply couldn't make up a complaint. Really hoping we can make it back to EP in the future, we know where we'll be staying!
