- PEPat EdingerOct 25, 20253.0Normally find Best Western consistent and a good value. This visit was probably a low point in our journeys across the nation. The staff was helpful but that was the tops of the visit. The air/heat in the room did not work, the toilet was slowly sinking through the cracked tiles into the subfloor and groaned when used. The tub did not drain promptly but would if left long enough and there were grape stems on the carpeting around the room. On the flip side, the bed was clean comfortable and the pillows were excellent. One specific aside, there was no marked parking for trucks with trailers and the desk clerk told me to park with the big trucks on the backside of the hotel. It was me and a wreaker back there - the good - lots of lights - the bad, I did not feel it was to secure and made several trips out during the night to check on the truck.

I am usually very conscious about odors and many hotels have bad odors but yours smelled very nice. That is important. Secondly, every member of your staff who we encountered was extremely attentive and prompt in fixing problems and very pleasant and helpful and friendly. They are also a step above many of the staff which we encounter at other hotels so they wanted to let you know. Good job!
