    We stay here 15 to 25 nights per year. Always welcomed back by name and treated so well. Great breakfast as well.

    I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Sherwood Park. The room was very clean, the staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was very good. Soundproofing was also pretty good.

    Clean hotel and overall had a very good stay. The staff were excellent at making sure any requests were fulfilled. Good complimentary breakfast. We did have one light that was strobing and the electrical switch was also lighting up, which was a bit concerning, so we just used the lamps in our room.

    Front desk lady wasn't very helpful when I wanted to use the business center. And also the business center is located in a very loud area. I would suggest moving it somewhere that is quiet.

    Friendly staff offered me a couple bottles of water - appreciated! Clean room, comfortable bed, firm pillows, great water pressure. Quiet Breakfast was plentiful. Staff friendly Location was perfect for what I needed. Pool was good temp and clean. Hot tub spacious and relaxing Zero complaints. Management has it together
