- AMAlissa MurphyOct 5, 20252.0We stayed in a pet friendly room, so a little dirt and grime was expected but not to this level. The carpet and carpeted baseboards were soaked with urine. Some cleaning had been attempted (notice the bleached areas), and the combination of urine and chemicals was overwhelming. The carpet felt sticky. Had we not already changed rooms due to conditions, we would have made a change- we should have left. We stayed and left feeling sick. Lots of rust in the bathroom and in the pool area. The front desk clerk who checked us in was condescending to my husband and unpleasant to interact with. Breakfast and location were fine.
- CSChristy SocolSep 27, 20255.0What a delight!! After horrible experience in Days Inn in Erick, Ok, we could not stay there so went another 20 miles to Shamrock. We are traveling with 2 kittens and the pet floor is the 3rd floor. They loved it as they could see trees and birds out the window. Everyone was so nice! Clean! Clean room and comfortable bed. So glad to get NetFlex so we could watch our favorite show. Today woke to “order what you like” eggs. Great breakfast! Thank you Best Western!
