- JSJames SeahornOct 14, 20255.0Great hotel and wonderful staff! Owners should really do some updating inside and out. I stay here very often for business and I come mostly because the staff make me priority. Access is right off the highway and front desk/lounge area is always welcoming.

- SMSummer M.Sep 16, 20251.0DO NOT stay here!!! My husband and I rented a room there on Sunday September 14, 2025. The girl T the front desk was very nice at check in. However the first room we were given had a very strong “perfume “ smell and the TV was broken and wouldn’t actually play any channels. We changed rooms and this one also had a broken TV but at least it would play shows so we were going to make do because we had been traveling all day and we were worn out! Biggest mistake ever!! We left everything in the car when went to eat at the restaurant next door which was really good! But when we went back we got our suitcases and things out of the car and went to the room. I should have listened to my intuition because I kind of got a bad feeling about the place anyway. We went downstairs to have a cigarette and everything was fine until the security time we went downstairs to! When we got back to the room our door was OPEN!!!! Luckily nothing was missing but I think it’s because we came back to soon because my purse was unzipped and it wasn’t when we left the room!!! I really think it was an inside job because of how everything happened and for them to be able to get in the room. Also the room across from us had a broken door lock which I believe is where the person ran to when we were coming back to our room because they can’t tent that room but there was a light on! When we went to check out the girl at the front desk acted like it wasn’t a big deal which really surprised me because if I were in her shoes working alone in a hotel I would have been freaked out about a room being broken in to!!! So even as tired as we were we left and drove for a couple hours until I finally calmed down and we found a very nice room at a Comfort Suites in Marshall TX!
