I was so impressed with the housekeeping staff’s honesty and also Ava from the front desk who was very kind to help me with the whole process on setting up a return shipment. This whole experience is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellent customer service. I am so grateful for their help and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
- MFMarsha FleenorOct 5, 20255.0Absolutely wonderful was our stay. Beautiful lobby, great staff, fantastic hot breakfast with crispy bacon. 🙂 Nice large breakfast area. The breakfast hostess was excellent in keeping items refilled and even cleaned off the table. Our suite was very large, comfortable and had lovely furnishings. Computer work desk. Sofa and 2 full-size TVs. Full size fridge and microwave. Kitchenette had a large counter space. None of these items: cooktop, oven, dishes or utensils. Hallways have great lighting. Handicap bathroom was perfect with safety bars. Plenty of hot water! Would love to stay there again. We had room 321.

- WWWilliamAug 26, 20255.0Been using BW over fifty years all over the country. This was the cleanest weve ever seen. Everything was top notch. We were shocked since this local place blew away every other BW place were we have stayed. Go in the Spring where you cross the street to see the biggest Maine waterfall. Sadly we went touring Maine waterfalls at the wrong time.
- TCTroy ChaputAug 23, 20255.0Stayed one night August 15th on a scenic tour of Western Maine. Hotel is nice, clean and located perfectly near downtown, just around the corner over the bridge, a very pleasant walk by the waterfront park, we were pleasantly surprised the convenience of walking to dinner at the local Brick & Stone restaurant. The king size room was comfortable, beautiful shower, a couple sitting options for us both. Saltwater pool was quaint and comfortable, morning breakfast had hot eggs and sausage links and patties, waffle maker and many other non hot options, juice bar included. If we visit again in the area, we will certainly choose this hotel again. Only hiccups were our key did not initially work (this seems to happen at other places too) and the single maker coffee pot located in the bathroom was strange, we just moved it to the sitting table, easy solve.
