Pessima esperienza!!!

The hotel’s location is excellent for visiting Bryce Canyon, but that’s where the positives end. The rooms are very worn out and badly in need of repairs and upgrades — it feels more like a less-than-1-star experience. The coffee machine didn’t work, the ice machine was always empty, and the parking lot was chaotic with no lines, making it a challenge to avoid getting hit. The staff are clearly overworked, which comes through in their cranky demeanour. While I sympathise with them, it doesn’t change the fact that the overall service suffers. Given the poor condition of the facilities and the high price, it’s definitely not worth the money. Unfortunately, options in the area are limited, so it may be one of the only choices near the park. Bryce Canyon itself is absolutely amazing — but the hotel is not.

Great location, very cool place with an interesting history. Pool and hot tub are a plus. Restaurant is very simple, good breakfast, lunch could be a little more exciting regarding the buffet. Room is dated and does have a smell to it which later we figured out is some kind of deodorant they use in the room as all our backpacks that were laying on the floor smelled like it for a day. To us not a big deal but could drive others nuts - overall though we were not here for the room, functioning shower and a bed was all that was needed for us. We were in Lakevoew lodge. The lake view was more a dried out puddle 😅. Staff was great. Pool hot tub and gym was great to have use of. Store is nice and convenient. Location is superb. Would stay here again.

Ruby’s Inn has both positives and negatives. The location is beautiful, and I really enjoyed the charming town, the great gift shop with a wide selection of souvenirs and stones, as well as the convenient laundry room. Unfortunately, the room itself was musty, with a bad smell coming from the old carpet, and the bathroom was very outdated. It was uncomfortable to spend time there, and I found myself wanting to leave rather than stay. Around the hotel there isn’t much to do, the pool water was dirty, the gym was very poor, and breakfast was weak. Overall, despite the nice surroundings and shop, I can only give Ruby’s Inn 2 stars.
