Very nice, comfortable hotel. The room with two double beds was spacious and well designed, very clean. The free continental breakfast seemed limited, not what I expected from a "plus" Best Western. It's great that there is an Olive Garden restaurant in the same parking lot, and a taco restaurant, and a CVS just across the street. It's an easy walk to get anything you might need.

When we arrived last night the man at the desk was super nice, kind and very helpful. The room was decent, seemed to be clean other then the floor felt kind of greasy. We had a difficult time sleeping here, at one point I got up and set the temp to 66° but it didn't seem to help cool off the room. My husband and I both sweat most of the night. This morning was an entirely different experience. We walked down and there was nobody at the counter, we stood there for a second and some random woman sitting at a table eating breakfast yelled over, "Can I help you?" We didn't know who she was, was not sure if she was an employee or a guest. We just stated yes we are checking out. She yelled over again "Just put your cards in that bowl there and you're good to go." So we did that we loaded up our vehicle and my husband went back in to inquire about the deposit that we were charged when we checked in....(which we didn't know about. We booked online through booking.com and we had to pay the full non refundable amount when we booked.) Anyways when he walked back in she was still sitting at the breakfast tables and there was a woman now sitting behind the counter. He asked her about the deposit and if it would be returned back to his card, and the lady behind the counter didn't seem to know or understand what he was asking. Again the lady from the table yelled over "Yes it will". So he walked out and we left. She came off as very rude, lacked basic customer service skills was not welcoming or friendly what's so ever. We will definitely be choosing a different place to stay the next time we come back to Roswell.
