- JWJames Warren6 days ago5.0We stayed here to attend a wedding close by. After reading reviews at multiple hotels, we chose to stay here. We were very impressed with this hotel! The staff was great, and the room was nice. The breakfast was excellent with multiple choices for coffee and juice. I made myself an Americano with extra shot of espresso. Check in and check out was seamless. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

Rooms are comfortable and plenty space to have a large group staying such as ours. At this time, we had our men's and women's soccer teams from Faulkner University staying and everyone was really happy with the hospitality.
- EAErica AOct 10, 20253.0Felt like I was bamboozled when I checked in. Though the parking lot was mostly empty, I was told the only option was a suite at $50 more than a regular room. Didn't seem like the man checking me in even looked for a cheaper price. The room was nice but I did not need so much room for one night. The breakfast was good with a good attendant. The man at checkout was nice.

It did have a very clean scent when we walked in the room and the linen, surfaces and bathroom were very clean. My only complaint about the room is the floor was a little dirty. I know that everyone uses the Swiffer mops nowadays and it doesn't seem to get the floors as clean as they need to be. The breakfast was ok. The cocoa and coffee and yogurt was great but the meat was not very good to me. I am not a fan of breakfast meat that doesn't taste like meat so that was disappointing. And the biscuits were the frozen kind but it was ok. I'm just picky about foods. But overall, it was a wonderful stay, the pool was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Little noisy in the area but not bad, Normal city noises muffled a bit thank the Lord. Lol. Great location. Not so close to the traffic that it kept me awake and shopping and restaurants were nearby.

The amenities were a big plus: a good-sized pool, relaxing sauna, and a very impressive breakfast with plenty of great options. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and great service!
