  Best Western, like a lot of hotel chains, is hit and miss. This particular location is way overpriced for what we got. $194 for one night. The room had a smell. The breakfast was okay. But way overpriced!!! I had a much nicer room in Colorado Springs for $125.

  Room has French doors to enter in room as well as on balcony. Neat feature but blinds sucked. Worn on sides and you can see in room. We stayed in inside next to pool. Noise bad from kids screaming. Some complained of chlorine smell. I didn't notice. I did smell it when eating breakfast. Breakfast room right next to it. The guy that handled breakfast was excellent. He kept it stocked and clean. He also did happy hour and was kind and made us non alcoholic since we don't drink. Last morning we were there a different guy and lady handling it. They didn't care. Food cold and not stocked. Out of nearly everything. Had to ask for things if missing. Otherwise it was great. Bathroom smaller and tv limited channels. Charged a 25 dollar fee since I booked through Booking. Said that I would get it back. I better! Why do it in first place.

  I looked at reviews before staying and they were very mixed. HOWEVER!!! Upon arrival all those one star reviews definitely have to be Karen’s who must have been mad. This BW is also a rail fans dream. Not only are there pictures of the Durango and sliverton locomotives. But you are just 40 feet away from some of the storage tracks in the yard. You hear the faint whistles and the best part, A two minute walk from the depot if you are taking the train. Everything is within walking distance. This is the perfect spot to stay. Breakfast is a great inclusion with stay and the happy hour definitely helps you relax after long days

  アメリカ コロラド州デュランゴにある Best Western Plus Rio Grande Inn。（201311E） サンクスギビングの休暇旅行にて。 キングサイズベッドが部屋の中心に置かれ、液晶TVとソファが並んでいる。 バスはジャグジー機能がついている。 館内は中央にプールが吹き抜けになっており周囲を取り囲むように客室がある。 部屋のドアはガラス張りになっているなどデザインは面白い。 ホテルは町の外れにあるが、徒歩で中心部まで行く事ができる。 古い街並みはクリスマスシーズンを前にデコレーションされていた。 クリスマスまではまだ1か月あるが、軽く雪が積もっており町はとても良い雰囲気となっていた。 私は小さなレストランに入り早めの夕食を済ませてホテルに戻った。 この日は騒がしい宿泊客が居たためにかなり迷惑だった。 私は日本人で英語が流暢ではなく面倒は避けたかったので何もしなかった。 ホテルの中央が吹き抜けになっていることで、彼の怒鳴り声は深夜のホテル中に響いていたはずだ。 彼は数時間騒がしくしていたが、ホテルスタッフが何も行動しなかった事に私は失望した。 Durangoの街もホテルも素晴らしい。 これはこの日だけの過ちであることを願いたい。

  Rooms are comfortable and very clean and nicely appointed. The rooms are oddly located and there's not a lot of light. It's a very unusual hotel with the pool in the atrium. It doesn't give you an upbeat feeling. That said, location is pretty good, staff are nice and they offer complimentary happy hour and breakfast.
